INGREDIENTS
- 160 gr Chocolate ice cream
- 4 Individual brioches
PREPARATION
- Mix the ice cream with a spatula to make it more malleable.
- Place it in a piping bag.
- Cut the brioches in half and remove some of the inside.
- Fill with ice cream and serve.
